Why does all thinspo and pro ana stuff say that when you lose weight your skin clears and you don’t ever get sweaty, lol still spotty and sweaty 40lbs down

My mom did a weight loss program and she said that if a girl was getting too thin, they would give her oats so she couldn’t lose anymore weight
This is blantantly wrong!? Like what?? Your mom is getting schemed!!!! I lost the most amount of weight when I was eating oatmeal every morning! Oatmeal is very filling and low in calories. Also they’d give oatmeal to starving people if it didn’t make you lose weight. This is just so dumb, no foods are going to make it impossible for you to lose weight. As long as you are using more calories (TDEE + exercise) than you are eating you’ll lose weight! How fast you lose depends on how little you eat or how much you exercise.
i would feel so much better about myself if i didn’t work at a college full of hot skinny girls. i get that it’s thinspo but it’s always different when you see it in real life

Does anyone else look at thinspo or just any slim person and think they look so comfortable? Like they can sit down and not have to adjust their shirt because of stomach rolls and they can easily be videoed at a low angle because they never get a double chin and their shorts just fit so nicely around their tiny waist and they just look so beautiful with their carved jawline and collar bones and IM SO JEALOUS BECAUSE IM UNCOMFORTABLE ALL THE TIME

I’m trying to break my week long, really bad binge/purge cycle by doing a 48 hour fast (13 hours in). I might try to go longer than 48 hours, but idk if it’ll be possible cuz I’m going to be surround by people during the weekdays. fingers crossed that it goes well and I can stay self disciplined.

And I got food poisoning!!! I’m in Spain for work and everyone is going out and having fun and I’m stuck in the hotel 😩. And it’s actually the worst. unforced vomiting really sucks lol.
